| The three jumping dolphins over the earth is the symbol of ROK Navy submarine flotilla. |
| ROK established a submarine service in 1992, with badges for officers (gold) and enlisted (silver). There are two versions of each in existance, one earlier version with a sub and yin-yang symbol centered between two dolphins facing inward and a later version with dolphins facing outward with a centered German style sub over them sub (bow on).
